2017 Fee Increases

2017 Fee Increases
Monday, April 24, 2017

Dear Client

From 1st May 2017 we will be applying a 2.5% increase to the standard fee that every client has with us (unless you are in your first year as one of our customers). You may remember that we made our first annual increase for a few years in 2016 of 6%. This increase will go towards investing in new staff members, in order that we can continue to give you the best possible service as your accountants.

We will confirm your new fee rate on your May bill (if you have a monthly agreement with us) or on your next annual bill. If you pay by standing order please ensure that you update this with your bank. We would also like to encourage you to use or Direct Debit service, which takes just 1 minute to set up online, and takes all of the hassle out of paying your bill. If you click here you can set up your authority right away.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued custom and for being an important part of the Panthera family.

Yours faithfully

Tory Wagg ACMA CGMA

Director

Moving to Panthera is easy

It’s a big decision to move accountants. We get it. That’s why we have a clearly defined process in place to make it as straightforward as possible.

Step 1: We have a short initial discovery meeting to understand your needs so we can create the perfect service package for your business

Step 2: You receive your tailored proposal with one simple monthly fee and you e-sign the letter of engagement

Step 3: You provide your current accountant with notice – and you leave the rest to us!

We liaise directly with your previous accountant regarding the transfer of information. We request authority from HMRC to act on your behalf. We handle as much of the admin as possible, so you can get on with running your business – safe in the knowledge that everything is going on in the background. And if there’s any action for you, we let you know.
